nVidia has long since been the front runner in video card manufacturing. Right after the downfall of 3dfx, nVidia filled the hole demanded by all 3D gamers out there, and provided the gamming population with quality 3D graphics cards that today still top the performance charts. Since then, they have expanded their enterprise to encompass motherboard chipsets as well as some media tools including personal cinema products and DVD software. Even with a few set backs as of late, they continue to still provide quality graphics processors and motherboard chipsets, and still lead the way in ultimate 3D gaming performance.
