Introduction
Last year, Chaintech announced their new naming scheme for their products at their Chaintech Reloaded event in New Orleans. At their Reloaded event, Chaintech announced the launch of three lines for their motherboards: Summit, Apogee, and Zenith. The Summit line would include low end, budget motherboards, whereas the Apogee line would be for maintream use and finally, the Zenith line would target the power use. However, a year after they announced this naming convention, they added a new line into the mix: the Zenith-Value.
This new line is indoctrinated through the VNF3-250, which is an nForce3 250 based motherboard, much like it's more decked out brother the ZNF3-250. The nForce3 250 is a long awaited improvement upon the nForce3 150 line which was met with nothing more than a whimper in the enthusiast market. The nForce3 250 and 250GB promise to bring back the enthusiast market to the nVidia based chipset. The new features incorporated into the new revision of the chipset should help bolster that claim and heard the flock back into nVidia's direction.
