Conclusion
Acrylic cases have stepped aside to make room for actual case modding, but for some people who are interested in a clean looking case with some allure to it, an acrylic case is a viable option over the plain mundane beige cases. The MutantMods acrylic case is the first attempt by this company in the acrylic case domain, and they seem to be on the right track. There seems to be some problems with manufacturing though since some holes were drilled in the wrong places. Hopefully they will correct this as front mounted USB 2.0 is a very attractive option on a computer case.
The appearance of the case is very appealing. The blue tint on the top and the side panels give it an original look over the plain clear cases. Once lit up with some LED fans and possibly a cathode tube, the case will look amazing.
For first time modders looking for something that will look cool with not too much work, the MutantMods acrylic enclosure is a very good candidtate.
